How are Cadillac dealers buying junkyard modules and reprogramming them.I have a 2016 Cadillac srx and Cadillac dealer says they can fix my abs system with used module.

Your wrong on many levels, but the first thing is when you say you can only draw in 3.6 liters of air no matter what you do? You are so wrong.. the colder the air the bigger the charge.. Period! Now granted the cold air set up doesn't cool the air much, but it does however cool the air. Also yes the filter has bigger holes in it but it's for better flow regardless of the dirt that gets by, more flow more air! More air entering the engine than stock.. Period!! Another thing, why do dealerships send brand-new 0 miles 4wd's out to get a lift kit , custom wheels, and huge tires on them.. because there's a lot of money in it!!!! Period!!! Just saying!!!!

Mine was 2.5 defective alternators 😅. Two from Carquest and one from GM I never installed because the bearing was bad out the box. Now has an AutoZone Gold alternator because they at least use a Denso internal regulator which is the OE manufacturer.

Before finding out about this main fuse, on my dashboard the airbag light and battery light was on the dashboard.

The jeep shop told me that is the problem with my vehicle and it has a limited lifetime warranty. The part is $82.49 plus taxes at AutoZone, I typed in main fuse to pull it up on AutoZone

Also do I need to purchase OEM module? if so what is the serial number numbers to purchase. I can purchase to Jairo.comonce iave the proper numbers (Serial Number).

So I have a problem with the liftgate. So the hatch fuse was replaced so it would open but it does not automatically open with switch on the drivers door. Also cannot close it with switch that is either switch does not close lift gate any suggestion?? Thank you.

Some SnapOn tools are worth it and some you are better off going to Lowes etc. You will never get back the $$$ you payed for those SanpOn tools.

This video saved me hours! I shorted the batteries when replacing both and had all kinds of electrical problems. I had the same fuse blown on the block and that fixed it

Thank you for the information. My SRX ABS light is on, I checked the fuse and its good. My next check is the sensors on the wheels. If that checks out good I will have to remove the ABS Module and send to the address you provided. Thanks so much for the info.

Great video brother. I have a 2012. Has a p0307 p0302. The p0307 is felt all the time. The code reads P0307 injector turned off and misfire cylinder 7. Pulled the plug on cylinder 7 and cylinder 8 . Both cylinders had a puddle of oil on top of the pistons. Cylinder 8 spark plug came out soaked in oil. Cylinder 7 has oil wetness on the threads. They also appear to be newish. At .036 gap. They don’t have a ton of wear either, almost appear to be firing normally on that bank so far. Perhaps cylinder misfire on 7 is due to failing spark plug tube seals on Bank 2. And concern is only felt on cylinder 7 at the moment. Removed cylinder 2 spark plug. Very oxidized looking. White in color compared to Bank 2 plugs . Henceforth indicating a lean condition misfire. Possibly due to a broken air filter tube on Bank 1? Inspected Air filters with my borescope . Both air filters appear to have been replaced recently. Very clean. Also there are witness marks on strut tower brace bolts. Appears that some work has recently been performed on this vehicle.

I recently bought this truck and now having the same issues but would these problems cause my truck to crank but not start ? After a huge downpour the liftgate issues started followed by a “reduce engine power” came across my dash right before i pulled over and turned it off but it never started back up after i shut it off so what other mechanical issues would keep it from starting ?

Why is there no video of the finished project?

This will cause intermittent brake lights. Pull ed the cover (2018 Nissan Titan Platium Reserve) and tapped on the connector and the brake lights are working again. Will clean it up with some contact cleaner next. Thanks for the heads up

Can you make a part two, pleeeaaaaassssseeeeee!! Or just list out how to seal around that foam piece :) I have replaced my liftgate module, lock actuator and hydraulic pump. I FINALLY found where my damn leak is coming from! I took down the rear part of the headliner and its a tiny (constant) drip from that foam seal you mentioned in this video. There is hope, yall!

Such a shitty design!!! I've had to replace my liftgate module three times. Damn drain tubes clog and the space back there floods. I just pulled it apart again tonight, and have her replace that damn motor again! Took it to the dealership last time, they charged me $850! Going to do it myself this time, thanks for the video!
