Drew's not always great at improv scenes, but there are times when his reaction is great. I liked his "phone a friend" schtick.
Ryan's Shakespeare is always the same.
In his defense, Shakespeare is pretty dry, dull stuff & if one finds a line or three that gets you through it....I'm all for it!
Americans really need to stop their pathetic attempts at the Australian accent. It's embarrassing.

Backwards they sing Swedish, erbody does except for the swedes. They sing portugesian in reverse.
this is fun to watch both ways. making a backwards music video is brilliant, and if one watches both, they might catch something they missed. for instance, I did not see the drummer helping the singer "fix" the keyboard in the "backwards" version only this one.

If you watch the behind the scenes of this music video, Darren King is actually attempting to play the drumming backwards during the shoot. Paul Meany, the singer, had to literally listen to the song backwards several times to sync his lips perfectly with it when played during the video.
If you look on Mutemath's Facebook page you can actually see where Paul wrote out the "backwards lyrics" phonetically so he'd know how to sing them

How do you like the return? I didn't even realize they had brought the show back for some time....but was thrilled to discover it! Not sure if I like Aiesha Tyler or not, but she has her moments. I miss Drew!
I just love stuff like this. Ever since I was a kid growing up in the '70s, anytime I heard something with backwards vocals/music/etc., I got really excited, & subsequently fell in love with stuff like Pink Floyd & the Beatles. This rekindled my love & faith in modern music.

The drummer's headphones aren't for the sound here. He has this little tradition thing where he tapes them to his head every show (to keep them on). One time he tried using the ear piece like the rest of the band, and everyone was like, "Where's the headphones?" So he stayed using them. But they are an amazing band with extreme talent. Also, look at their Spotlight video, slow-mo. My multimedia teacher sometimes goes on tour with them and films their videos. He directed their Allies music video.

Chris Buchanan In the original UK series, they lived in England for a while. They make a few references to Neighbours and Kylie Minogue. They do know, they're just terrible at the accent and can't get past the catch phrases.
