It has been proven Gabapentin, and other pain killers, target the brain to make you THINK you're in pain...when you're not. This is a vicious cycle to make you keep taking the pill. It's all to benefit Big Pharma.

I'm on Beta Blockers because I broke C4 and C4 regulates the heart beat. But it probably helps autonomic dysreflexia as well....as long as it triggers heart rate and not only the blood pressure.

The cultural achievements of the Incas were astounding, no doubt about it - but this documentary is new age crap! The Incas were humans,warts and all! It's wishful thinking to believe that they lived in complete harmony with nature and other human beings. When the Spaniards arrived the Incan empire was about to become unmanageable because their economic system depended upon constantly acquiring new territories which needed to be conquered and then integrated into the already existing empire. A certain amount of violence was inevitable, and the people who lived in the newly acquired areas weren't especially happy about this development. In order to break the resistance of the locals and remove their support system, they were often relocated into far away areas. Stalin has done the same when the Soviet Union was forged out of many different cultures. Btw, the Spaniards couldn't have conquered the Incan empire so quickly if they wouldn't have been assisted by neighbours of the Incas who deeply resented the colonial ambitions of the Incas. And there was a civil war going on as well which helped the Spaniards. We should be able to admire the cultural achievements of the Incas and the beauty they created, without turning them into something which they definitely weren't!

Machu Picchu was not entirely built by the Inca, there is clearly the work of two civilizations - one being older and megalithic with high technology. If it was all Inca than why does half of it look like a child threw a bunch of stone blocks together with something built by master builders who clearly had tools better than bronze and stone. Only a fool believes they built the whole thing, as is the story with many Inca sites.
