The whole thing about the Wirral game plan is a... very interesting meta-story considering how Disco Elysium works as a game itself. I get the feeling that a lot of actual experience in making D.E. was used in writing about Fortress Accident. Now, Neha is to me a very interesting character - 'cause for all the critiques this game has about capitalism and the like, Neha is the most... 'normal' person who is at peace with the state of capital in Revachol. She also has one of the best pieces of music in the OST, imho. And the decision to reach about Klassje is... it isn't easy. It is hard, with many different, equivalent directions to be pushed/pulled towards. I think your reasoning that you gave is sound. I don't know if you have played this, but since you seem to be doing such a damn fine job detecting, have you ever considered playing Return of the Obra Dinn? That is more pure detective work than D.E., but it is also an extremely good game.

Daaamn, your memory is insane. I would've forgotten everything after a month long break, but you continue to make all the connections. About Evrart, I agree that the vibe he gives off makes him seem incredibly shady and untrustworthy. Plus, the fact that he's clearly being manipulative and often refuses to give direct answers, like what politicians often do. It almost outweighs the actual ideas and plans he presents, but then your skills sometimes tell you he's actually being sincere. It's so confusing in the best way. I just love how he is written.

Kim, for all his stick-in-the-mud and fuddy-duddy attitudes, is a genuine sweetheart. It's very easy to like him. So! Gendarme = a member of a military who has been delegated into working as a legal agent. So not just a police officer, but a soldier working as one. Since Harry is a member of a Militia, it's an apropos description. Pedagogical is related to the word 'pederast' as in, the prefix = child. This time, the suffix means... Talker? Communicator? Basically, a pedagogue is a fancy word for a teacher of children. See also the word 'demagogue', a synonym for a rabble-rouser literally meaning one who talks to crowds, prefix dem = people. (The same etymological origin for democracy, i.e. power exercised from people)
