Hello everyone, so glad to meet all food lovers here. I’m Qingran, a food lover from Xinjiang, a place in north-western China.
Xinjiang is a province in China, because it has many minority groups and teaks up a huge area, which makes Xinjiang so mysterious and unique. People could enjoy the grassland here and also its local food.
The food of one place can always remind people of their homesick feeling.
Also, there is neither complicated steps of recipes nor rare ingredients; only delicious food with simple recipes to make people relaxed.
I will share all of my local food to you, both Chinese food and Xinjiang local food.
