How to overcome burnout and reboot your energy (before 2025 starts)
Hey guys! tonight I'm back with a video on how to end chronic fatigue and stop your burnout before 2025 starts. This was an issue that I've been struggling with for a very long time in my life - not being able to pin point the exact cause and not knowing how to permanently end it.
It was only until recently that I realised that burnout is an accumulation of death by 1000 cuts - compounded overtime. It is not something that happens out of the blue - but it is caused from the gradual exhaustion that we face in draining conversations, interactions with toxicity, excessive screen time, overworking and etc, that leads to the long term chronic fatigue.
That's why this video will be focussed on helping you shift the momentum from "death by 1000 cuts" to "win by 1000 times", by compounding the winning habits in your day to day life - that energises you. Whether that is decluttering your physical environment (not just your bedroom or workspace, but literally your friend circle, your email storage, your phone app and etc), to adjusting your eating schedules, limiting your food portion, choosing moderate workout that works for your body and getting the right kind of sleep.
There will be times where society pressures us to "sleep less", and "work harder" - as if over hustling is a badge of honor that we should all carry. But this video challenges you to actually sleep more - during the early phases of your recovery and to prioritise getting sufficient rest before doing anything else. In that way, you can come back as the strongest version of you and never drain your own energy again - no matter how big the goals you are trying to pursue are.
