Correction.. pantera was an american company based in ohio. They only made a few hundred ty rails and they were sold exclusively at pep boys for a couple years only. It definitely had chinese accessories but the go kart itself was American made.

I know this is an old video but how accurate is tack versus speedometer is it really 3,200 at 65? Cuz I have an 86 with no tack and the C6 with 410's and I'd like to be able to drive 65 or 60 on the highway but it just sounds like it's screaming but if I'm under three it'll do 28,2900 from Hartford to California and be fine with good oil and good fuel.

i had this exact car back in late 80's...idk what the rear gear ratio was on mine but it would smoke the tires good and bark 2nd gear almost everytime i shifted myself but it wasnt to fast..a 85mustang would blow my doors off but that 66 was fun to drive and that 352 was bullet proof..should've kept it...i traded it for a 74 442 with a 350 rocket..i liked that car too..

The cold start heater operates with the lever rotated clockwise. You are doing it backward-- and it does nothing for preheating.

For a machine that will not start or cuts out after a few minutes, first check that the fuel pipes have not perished and split allowing air to be sucked in. E10 Petrol/Gas that has bioethanol content will destroy some plastic fuel pipes. I have just diagnosed & repaired this problem with a Titan multi-strimmer.
