Port and Starboard engines are off about 300 rpms at WOT. simple adjustments on the throttle cable brought them down to about 100 RPM Difference.

The gap between you prop and wear ring needs to be minimal. Rule of thumb if you can slide a OzTec Business card between the prop and wear ring easily then the gap is to large and is effecting the performance. We offer wear ring

After the start using the parallel option do you flip the parallel back to off during ride home? Or, leave it in on position all the way back to dock?
You can do ether, If you know you have a issue with the starting battery then I would personally leave the parallel switch on. If the battery was just low and need some help to start then make sure both switches are on and turn the parallel off that way it will be slightly less load on the charging system and once the main start battery is charged then the ARC will start to charge the house secondary battery up. Do not turn off the Red switches while the engines are running.

If you pushed it in there is a really good chance it will happen again. You can get replacement pig tails from a local auto parts store and wire it in for a more permanent fix.

How much does it weigh?
unsure of what the empty weight was but I know it was capable of carrying about 5k load. Our new 4 place trailer can handle just over 5k load
Thanks for the video on the Dexter! I have to disengage mine to the nearest repair shop so I can fix one of the wheels that have a bad leak of brake fluid! My boat is so light it doesn’t even need a braking system for the trailer but we spent extra to have it. However, nice to know how I can disengage them for a drive like this to get them repaired.
That is a really good point to be made to be able to disable to get it repaired. Will keep you from leaking a lot of oil out also while you tow it to get repaired. Light boats or ever a empty trailer a lot of times won’t be enough to engage the brakes but still good to have.
What’s the Length
This trailer was about 30' long. Our new trailer we have is 32' ft long with larger axles and bigger frame.

Who built this trailer
This Trailer was a Com Fab, Our current set up is LoadRite, The LoadRite has a much larger frame set up and can handle even more weight. No flexing or twisting on the trailer.
