    I eat a half cup of oatmeal in the morning to help my system push out last night's meal. With it I also have a sunny side egg on toast and cups of tea, I wait for digestion to start. 10ms. later I drink a cup or two of water to ease the digestion. This works! 5 minutes later the urge to evacuate happens as predicted. It's usually very healthy about the size of two bananas or sausage. Depends on last night's meal.

    Inadvertent lesson on registering the words accurately cyanIDins - it is very easy to loose bits of unfamiliar long words - I heard a nurse referring to Spirolactone instead of spiroNOlactone. Curiously but logically musical training helps helps the brain with many aspects of hearing.

    The most DELICIOUS thing you can do to fight AD and dementia? EAT BEEF! Every day. For dinner. Eat Pork! Every day. For breakfast. Eat EGGS! Every day. For breakfast! Eat CHEESE! Every day. With lunch. And try to gag down some fish, maybe sardines if not salmon, once a week. For lunch! Or take a good fish oil supplement from a reputable company and store it properly.

  • @terrifictomm
    @terrifictomm 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I find it ASTOUNDING that nowhere in any of these studies do they factor in the consumption of actual BEEF. Not processed "meat." Not pepperoni on a deep dish pizza. Not a 4oz hamburger patty on a sesame seed bun (that would likely be counted as a health food) as part of a combo meal that includes a 32oz sugar delivery liquid! No! I'm talking about a well-marbled STEAK. I'm talking about pure and simple 80/20 ground beef. Next let's finances study that includes PORK and CHICKEN and these days, BISON! But not a ONE of these studies includes what is arguably the MOST NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD on this planet! MEAT. The primary staple of the human diet for hundreds of thousands of years.

    Reall nice job, especially as it’s your first try! Really impressed with this podcast. What a coup to get SF on your first video! Such a well designed conversation. A list of bookmarks for the different points covered would be awesome..and maybe don’t keep him waiting while you do a long preamble. But I think that comes with experience.

    I had severe depression went to a Chinese doctor. She asked me about my diet. I was not surprised because I knew that five foods were behind it, but she traced the problem not to the foods but to bad gut bacteria. She gave me three courses of antibiotics, one being doxycycline. After three days I had to take the test. I drank milk, one of the worst offenders. No depression developed and now I can eat whatever I want. Out of a 1-10, this depression was a 50, complete with suicidal thoughts. Now all that is gone and has been gone for years..

    Interesting talk but unfortunately some of the information very outdated i.e. “high cholesterol” now we know it is essential for our brain, 😮 also it is incorrect to demonise meats including red meat but of course very sensible to avoid ALL types of highly processed foods.
