I think the DLCs have been delisted from the PS3 Store, will we be able to access those even who didn't download the DLCs?

i wish uc3 would have mouse and keyboard support on rpcs3, hate to use controller, but i will try playing it regardless if the server comes on. i hope i can get used to it.
