Winter Barley harvest 2024. Showcased in this video is the harvesting of our winter barley whereby a Massey Ferguson 24 combine was used followed behind by a Massey Ferguson 124 conventional square baler. Due to thick grass at the bottom of the stalk, we opted to mow the stubble after baling for a ‘second cut’. The remaining straw stubble was raked up and baled using our John Deere 575 round ba...

Building a Pig House From Start to Finish!

We recently took on the project of building a finishing pig house, whereby everything was made and built by ourselves. The project began on 31st March 2020 where the site was cleared and the first pigs stepped into the house on 2nd October 2023.

Why are ye rapping straw as it dry no gain I think just added cost

Great work. 24 doing the job well still. Great to see a Fraser also. Never ever seen the stubble mowed like that afterwards.
