The Camp Watchamagumee Egg Drop Competiton is a 25 year tradition of the Scouts of Troop 68. The Scouts are each given a raw egg. They make a package for that egg using natural materials found around the camp. Nothing man-made is allowed in the construction of the package. The packages are dropped. If the egg survives unbroken the Scout advances to the next higher lever. This year, eggs were being dropped from over eight feet before a winner was declared.
