我是明年台大資工應屆碩畢，如果只準備刷題跟英文，直接零經驗去應聘可能性高嗎? 如果不行的話建議要有什麼樣的經驗，比方說先在台灣的外商蹲幾年? 不知道這樣最快需要花多少時間
當時敝公司的規定是如果從海外找人，這人必須要拿到L5的職等，而此職等通常需要幾年的該領域工作經驗，我剛看了其中一個L5的職缺是寫3+ non-internship experience 另一條路是，你也可以考慮先進外商，數年後內轉到該外商的其他海外分公司

請問北美的軟體工程師對學歷的要求多嗎? 需要像lynn的讀到台大才有機會嗎?
重要程度：經驗 > 身份 > 學歷 有了工作經驗之後學歷其實不怎麼重要，找第一份工作的時候，履歷的部分學歷也偏向篩選是不是相關科系，跟哪個學校沒什麼關聯

嗨嗨👋🏻 oncall的時候每個人都要下載一個App (每個公司用的不一樣，有些時候公司還會直接傳簡訊或打電話來)，如果有出問題的時候這個app就會發通知叫你，被叫的時候就會說I got paged. 所以don’t want to get paged就是不想要因為有緊急的事情被叫去處理 但是page在不同的情況下也會有點不一樣的意思，像是I got paged at the airport也是被叫的意思，但是這邊是在機場那種廣播在叫你找你的意思 希望有回答到你😁

Hope you have a great time in Brussels😆I actually didn't do a lot in Brussels (just ate a lot of waffles and mussles😂), but for Antwerp and Ghent, my itinerary is basically in the video timeline haha. You can also visit Bruges which is about an hour away from Brussels. It's a beautiful town✨
