Yes! People are any businesses greatest asset! They drive the business, they develop the product, they speak about the company to their network. Treat them well, whether coming or going. Want to engage your team? Give them feedback. Listen to them. Give them opportunities to step up and level up. Celebrate the wins together. Learn from the lows together. That will drive engagement, which will always drive performance and productivity. Be a good human :)

You should learn how to hire mangers who can play your role in coaching those who have the desire , otherwise we'll end up losing those young people who had desire before joining the company that cares only for number through shark management, i believe you agree how shark managers are not good business not even to their families.... With all due respect, you are missing this point... Totally missing it .. take my word for it, do your investigations and you'll see my words are 💯 true .. caz i had the chance to meet you and the managers you haired so i knew where was the gap. Just to give you a hint , i remember your story of the brand manager who wrote something to his manager's manager , risking his job for his believe.... YOU SHOULD DO BETTER IN THIS AREA ... WHAT'S WONDERFUL WITH ZAMBOANGA CITY WATER DISTRICT COMPANY, I ALSO TRIED THE CARINDERIA NEAR THE WORKPLACE. IT'S AWESOME, WITH 25 PESOS, I CAN HAVE A KALABASA AND RICE MEAL..I WAS ABLE TO SAVED MONEY.
