You have the same pen grip as me. When I draw or write for too long or with too repetitive motions it makes my hand hurt. I find doing some wrist rotations and flexing with a stress ball can help, as well as basically icy hot on it with a wrist brace over the icy hot to stabilize my hand when I'm not doing anything. Like reading or sleeping helps with recovery.

You’re clearly an artist and yet took a very simple approach to your journal, which I think resulted in a very easy to follow tutorial for beginner journalers. Great job! 😊 I’ve saved your video to send to my friends who are needing that simple introduction to journaling.

Hello, you must be fine. I visited your channel and analyzed some videos. Your video quality is very good but your channel is not SEO done Properly, due to which channel growth is very low. Also your video is not SEO done with ranktag SEO score is poor. In short SEO optimize your channel properly, and every video needs to be SEO which will promote your channel and double the video views.
