Love the idea, I am thinking about printing parts of a contact sword (for contact staff play) and thought I'd ask how the balls handle falls and if you've also tested other materials and how they were holding up. :)

Collected some comments: Trigger needs high infill. The top and trigger doesn't need support, the rest yes.

I grew salt crystals in a mason jar full of water and incubated them on a lava lamp base. I saturated the water then let it evaporate. I got a crystal cluster that looked kind of like bismuth but milky white, and very fragile.
