Lead prosecutor Joseph Cooksey Jackson sits with his right-hand man, Maxwell Fyfe, discussing their mounting concerns about the forensic evidence. Jackson knows the stakes are high. Ya so many death row prisoners totally law abiding citizens.
I don't take advice ftom the man in charge of catching the Golden State killer who raped and murdered 177 people over 28 years
What happened to the family and friends he left behind in India? This was an amazing series, I hope you do it again.
New sub. Been on a 3 day binge. From WI. Enjoying new cases I haven't heard of. And wow, what a unique way of conveying them. Great job.
Amazing to hear! Thanks for listening 💙
A series beyond belief good! Thanks to everyone at Small Town Dicks and Detective Tom Wood for bringing this case to us
This was incredible, thank you so much.
❤
Congrats Yeardley. QUESTION 4U: Did you live in Colmbus, OH for a short time just before moving to California (like 1982 or 1983)?
What do you expect from a Criminal Justice System that is designed more for revenue collecting rather than serving and protecting.

I was one of the last to reside there before it closed. It had a great view. However it was expensive due to having the old federal structures that required a lot of fixing, asbestos removal, etc + the cost of running boats, ferries, tugs, and such. Not the worst place to do time.
They want to send washington homeless people there also
Has to start somewhere sounds perfect
Please Don’t tell Harris about this place, she could change all that!
Exactly.
Trump would for $$$$$$
They all deserve to be there none of them are suitable for release back into the real world
How is that legal if they served their time?
I smell a sympathizer
@@michaelpark616 Maybe, or someone who confuses legal with moral.
@donnakennedy430 People who commit those crimes deserve no morality
@@michaelpark616 I'm not at all a sympathiser, i'm a mother of 3 , why didn't they just get a life sentence without parole ??? What happens in all the other States where they don't have a special island for those creeps???
Good.
I’m reading the book.
It's not long since abandoned. It's simply not used for mainstream prisoners. Change your rhetoric.
Never heard of it but a great idea.
Are they allowed to offend each other in there ?

Feet first so you can look into their eyes as you sing rain blood
I found this channel by chance scrolling through shorts and I'm so happy I did!
It’s a start.
Good
Bre' Rabbit😅😂😂
Cart Narcs!
As a paramedic, I can totally understand where those patrol officers are coming from. Sometimes, you just can't fathom what people will do to kids.
Then they take their trauma out on unsuspecting traffic violators...
Amazing series. What kind of mischief did the twins get into while you worked?😂
I've known about this case for years but it's still so satisfying to hear how they caught the bastard :) Love the podcast!
I didn't even watch the whole promo piece on New Nation...I got the gist & have been binging Small Town Dicks at my work as a long haul trucker for the last day & a half. A new listener anxiously awaiting this new episode! Great work! Thanks do much.
This is going to be good

Love 💕 Small Town Dicks. The best true crime podcast ❣️Don’t miss The Ruxton Case.
I'm amazed that serious crime was ever solved outside of detective fiction, but they did what they could with what they had. Please keep up the good work.
What,who? 👀
Amazing to hear from foreign police, how different and similar they are from our police.
Oh Yeardley this is such a gripping tale and you tell it so well!!!❤ I have to pick granddaughter up from school but straight back home to listen to this.
It is so exciting that you have Dame Sue Black on to give her insights, she's a gem!
I have been waiting ❤
When is the regular one going to come back or is it over?
Season 15 of Small Town Dicks will be here on September 20. 💙 (We do 2 seasons a year, usually in spring and fall.)
I always taught my kids that monsters are real and that they look just like me and you and you can never be sure who can be trusted
Love your PODCAST! The stories and your guest are amazing!
Thank you so much!
Before I retired I worked 11 pm to 7:30 am. One morning I caught someone trying to either steal my window a/c and/or break in. My rescue cat scratched the heck out of him, I got a picture of his face, and he pulled his arm out to run like hell. Police picked him up soon after for several burglaries including mine.
I'm new to where I live, so I'm pretty aware of my surroundings. When I was able to travel (England, France, Egypt) I noticed women carrying large purses. I carryed a small purse, that fit in my waist, held my money, passport, hotel key, etc. I also carried a bag outside the jacket for change, maps, menus, other souvenirs, that I wouldn't miss too much.
Good job from all of you. I just wonder how many phone books were used in his interrogation. Chicago was famous for their phone books back in the day.
Very interesting, thank you.
I can't imagine how Cassie got that way, nature or nurture? It's so important to find out, to prevent more like her. Another well done podcast. Keep up the good work.
Love 💕 the music 🎶 It’s so perfect for the story.
Oooooo it’s heating up
