I really expected the new features to be the CR alloy frame and wheels from a 250 or 450 w the twin . from the 500.. the wiring harness can't be that hard to modify and that is the bike everyone is waiting for.. just some road manners but something that is actually capable of doing dual duty and doesn't weigh 5-700 pounds.. Honda can easily come up w plastic or other cheap pieces mods from the 300 to stick taillight,turn signals and a headlight on one of their motocross platforms..Kove is still a swing and a miss.. two swings two misses.. Chinese strike one, no track record, no dealer support, price falls out of the sky for a used Chinese bike.. and strike 2 it's a single so you can rubber mount and try all kinds of balancing gimmicks it's still going to shake your dental work out if you have to go 200-300 miles on the highway.. this Honda is a slightly better Kawasaki Versys 300... which brings us around to why not put the Versys 650 in a Kawasaki frame? The KLX 300 is really close to being the right bike.. and a DRZ w a bigger twin..?
