In this video we install the quick release bumper kit from Gingeneering. unfortunately they no longer make this product. But there are other companies like JDC who offer a product similar to this.

I know this is an old video, but for people watching this the starter wire (black/blue) should be connected on top of the battery wire directly and not fused.

Currently waiting for haltech to get back to me. Had issues with the new ecu and had to send it in. So the car is currently at the shop waiting for that and a few other things

You could've used a heat gun to shrink the wrap to avoid creases.
Can you just delete it without any problems with a current tune? Will it throw off the tune?
You will have to get a retune. I think basically turning off the egr.

Hi what thread pitch did you use for the vacuum ports on those push connect tubing vacuum line? Is the tubing also 1/4? Thank in advance .
Hello! So looking back at what I bought, I believe they’re 9.5mm threads. And the tubing is 1/4” tubing.

Yeeeep. I’ve seen a ton of messed up stuff from them. It seems like it will be okay as it is but will be interesting when it’s all buttoned up.
I am in a project with my car, swap head (4g63) I have adjustable cam gear, my question is if the camshafts and cam gear have alignment? or is it just to install them?
The cams have dowel pins that line up exactly where the cam gear is supposed to go. The cam gear should be set to 0. Just leave it on 0 and torque the adjustable bolts, your tuner will change them if needed.

@@MrCoreymelton when you say at 0 do you mean that the cam gears line up (0) with the mark on the valve covers?
@@JosePineda-zv2cb correct. There will be lines with numbers. Middle will be 0. You want that to be dead nuts with tdc of the cam gear
How did the vent to atmosphere work for you, I just bought the breather for it( air filter) and was curious if oil leaks from it
I have yet to run this setup yet. I assume it doesn’t leak oil

What did you torque the small arp aem cam bolts to? I Just installed those cam gears but not sure what the torque specs are for the small adjustable bolts.
I wanna say it was like 16 or 18.

Hey bro love the content! Correct me if I’m wrong I just don’t want you hitting any problem. But from my understanding the oil feed should be as vertical as possible. Everyone I know who ran the feed sideways ended up running into bearing issues. Just letting you know brother. Good luck with the build
Thanks man! You are correct. The oil feed line needs to be facing down. I explained that in a later video lol. I still haven’t ran this setup yet but when it’s done, the oil feed line will be down. Thanks for you input it’s much appreciated man!

Yes. Tb is a ported mil spec 65mm tho. Not much but it should be fine for my power goals.

Buy a small fire extinguisher keep in trunk just in case you electrical failure. Be on the safe side. Wires like that can be a fire hazard.
