It’s crazy that before I even had a chance to look up what Hawk Tuah even was, they get into a crypto scam controversy. It makes sense now why Logan Paul, KSI, and Mr Beast were all chummy with the Hawk Tuah podcast now.

At first when I started watch Cedric he seems like a normal cartoon reviewer like anyone else buy when I saw somer himpson ans greter I thought he was the same as these guys buy when blooms and others figure out and did some digging I did not know he was a AI he did had me Fooled and when I really pay attention to it he seems wierd and tbh what Blooms and others said it's up to us to support real creators who put their passion and hard work dedication to talk about their favorite cartoons and rant complain enjoy etc and Tbh actually if they could've just admit it wad AI then it would be less of a problem but at the same time AI creators is ruining the content since YT has a stupid policy that Longer videos upload and consistently with more views get paid more and monetization Sponsors depending on your niche and the more AI content comes and more we support it makes the real creators obsolete gonna take over YT

I hate those kinds of slop channels so much because they always try to seem like actual analysis but with any second of thought it's super obvious it's the most soulless draining slop ever, normally I wouldn't care and just not watch it but TH-cam autoplay is fucking stupid so whenever I try to watch channels with actual soul like somecallmejohnny or something ill get these videos when I want background noise

You've literally got a biased approach to all of this. You didn't even highlight the fact that they mentioned a channel where their audio got progressively better with the same voice, something that doesn't happen with an AI voice. And then you're calling out comments with broken English "not human." On what basis? The fact that they can't speak proper English? Let's consider 75% of the entire population non-humans then if that's the criteria. If it is AI, wouldn't it be proper written English lmao. Not taking any sides here, they definitely failed to address things like talking about channels in other niches with very similar names, but overall I've not seen anyone take an actual non-biased approach to all of this. It doesn't exactly seem like Blooms isn't exposing it for the "better-ment" of the community. His main issue with Ceric was that they were making videos a lot faster than he was. And they were actually racking up decent views to the point where Blooms and others would find it difficult to continuously post original topics because Ceric would end up covering them before hand.

I think it was good but the reason it feels weird is bcs it was rushed. It needed a season in beetwen ses 1 and 2 that connects the steampunk underground vibe of season 1 with the full out arcane multiverse robot army season 2 stuff. The change was too sudden, and didnt hold too much emotional value. For me at least. Still its nowhere near "bad" just...wasted potential i guess

An AI can’t articulate those feelings like a person that’s really passionate about something can. And the whole point of watching video essays beyond learning about a topic is coming to know why a creator loves (or dislikes) something so much.
