Well unfortunately the dentist in my area dont do the work unless you are paying yourself n with my insurance my dentist gave me 10 places that will do it guess what they are hours away not only do i have to drive hours away to see them to see if they will even do the work then i gotta drive gours back make n appointment drive hours back to the poace that will do it n if my dentist would have listened to me years ago n took the damn teeth out like i asked i wouldnt be in pain today im so sick of everyone say go to the dentist well unless you got the money honey my dentist dont do shit. All the dentist in this area can only pull not cut out the teeth that have now beoken because they didnt pull them in the first place only pulled 3 n told me i had to come back i day a week for 4 weeks n pay so much each week to get a "good cleaning" to see what teeth were bad the 🤬 clearly you can see which are bad so since i have a damily n bills to rake care of my teeth are on the waaay back burner while i suffer rhanks every video that is so unhelpful rant over

thissss is insane!!! i got my braces off last week and i didn’t get any extractions . i had very crowded teeth. But now im not happy with my results bc one front tooth still looks its a bit upwards and bulky. My dentist said im run out of any space. can i get veneers now to fix that one tooth??

Sometimes i think dentists have this god complex, when do you see a dentist with bad teeth? Inb4 well he looked after them. Im not saying that im saying the fact he can openly state only them few medications work.. when gabapentin and codeine can take the worst away by completely taking away the nerve completely as you feel nothing. I sometimes wish they had the worst toothache in the world just so they are more open with patients complaining. Never met a nice dentist.

I got my veneers before this way was available, so quite a bit of filing down. I've also had them recently replaced. I probably wouldn't be a candidate for them anyway. Out of curiosity, is this all or none? All teeth may not be in the same shape. Some teeth might be candidates for no prep and others for regular veneers. But I'm thinking doing that might create tooth shade differences, immediately or over time.

What are your thoughts on layover or overlays because crowns may need a root canal if there is going to be any type of bacteria to cause cavities up in the crown.

Do veneers damage teeth ?

I'm going under soon to get 4 teeth removed & my oral surgeon suggested laughing gas beforehand. That confused me because really, why would I need it if I'm going under??? I guess he thought maybe to get me relaxed before the IV but I still think that makes ZERO sense. Anyhoo - I'll never have laughing gas. I don't drink, don't use drugs, never have / never will & the idea of feeling drunk or high would honestly freak me the hell out!! It would have the opposite desired effect on me. I think I would probably panic.

Looking at my xray there was no gray areat at all, the tooth has a small black line and fee dumb to accept to have it filled. I have literally ruined ny teeth that was healthy

I had a beautiful teeth all square and straight when i was young, unfortunately i didn't care and they all got rotten 😅now i have implants on the lower jaw and crowns on the top jaw witch they look incredible beautiful but i still would prefer my own teeth witch i can't. I don't understand why people with absolutely no problems on the teeth will do something on it just to look white. Remember that when you do something like that your teeth, they will start to go bad from that first moment, and if you don't they would probably last all your life if you clean them properly every day. People with teeth like that always will look fake they will never look natural
