Trivia: The name Succor Creek is said to refer to early travelers in the Snake River Basin who, having been saved by the creek's fresh water, applied the name as a corruption of the Spanish word socorro, meaning help or aid. The Owyhee River was named for three Native Hawaiian trappers, in the employ of the North West Company, who were sent to explore the uncharted river. They failed to return ...

Nice to how it is done. Here in my Ardennes barns I found a wind machine. It has such a big wheel inside that looks like a watermillwheel. It is intact and the old German text is still on there. It is light blue with white text. This was an old cow farm and has three big hay attics. I also found these belts and also straw cutting wheels (big). Also the smithing area still has nice items in it. I keep it ofcourse. The sieve machine I took from a straw attic with a Manitou is in a less good condition. Regards from Belgium
my wife is applying for my application in Australia and friends are filing in other countries. which country do you want?
Saw a shout out for this channel on Nick's Garage live. Enjoyed the video. Subscribed! Really enjoyed the ride down the old grade and the scenery.
Thank you!
my patent is moving again after being stalled out for 3 months now I just need to solve the oiling problem I sent to you
cciwb the home of the original get r done was here before Larry the cable guy
Yeah Dave hell yeah
I keep checking for new videos. You think the information you have is common but they probably thought the same about the pyramids and you see how that turned out
Thanks. Video production has been a little slow but we do plan to get some more videos up soon. Sorry for the delay.
@@cciwb I posted you to Nick's Garage to help your channel but more over I have shared with them my engine design in more detail like I need to do with you but can not do it here but I can by email.
I'm surprised it's at 32 psi seems like an awful lot of air for something that light
8 years 😂😂
15:03 I was wondering about that it kind of looked like a turtle back but then you folded the tailgate down I was like what the heck
Great for the dogs!
I don't know how many of you know this but a 6-volt battery weighs twice as much as a 12-volt battery😮 Look how long OG held it up in the air
this is where older information comes in to play
at 4:23 time frame there is a piece of pipe behind you on the ground 3-4 " put that inside of another pipe like a sleeve and I need the one inside to rotate at 20,000 rpm the issues start from there the outside pipe has a line of grooves and the inside one has various cut outs and I need to lubricate it without loosing oils from the outside tube. air comes in one end of the thing and goes out the outside tube grooves/ slots
I sent VGG to you he is buying more model A cars
Thanks to Casey Ladelle for making us aware of your awesome channel. Looking forward to future videos about all this wonderful past technology, and ingenuity. Take care and have a great day.
Thank you!
Thanks for the education on the mechanics of these old jewels. I enjoyed the more in-depth video you posted. It looks like you have plenty of projects on your property and should be fun to watch as you whittle through them.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very cool. love our 2 T's. The one, we took across country back in Nov. We're about to start another build. Subscribing!
Un jd
Hi Dave! Is that an airplane wing on the saw horses behind you at the start of the video? It looks like a spar and a rib.
Good eye! Yes it is. It’s a kit for a full plane.
@@cciwb Very cool. That rib shape kinda reminded me of a Pietenpol Aircamper. Love the speedster! It looks like a blast to drive! 👍
Magic sound from this engine ! ❤
Damn near sounds like a vac case tractor. Quite a treat to see it still going, and no doubt a labor of love to keep it going. Thanks for the video.

Looks like 1930's era. Headin out ta plant the back 80.
How cool is this? An old tractor and a model A definitely back in the good old days thanks for sharing :-)
OMG! Mount that battery where it's easy to get too! 😱😁🤪😝🤣👍👍🇺🇸
😂 this is the easiest spot to have it located and fortunately we don’t have to change it very often 😂
LOL … looks like you need to reline that brake band. Don’t see any lining on the left side
Yep. I think I’m going to replace it.
I want to see more of the model T skeletons on your property. Also the timing gear arrangement.
Let me see if I can make a video of that soon!
I was born in 1947 and addicted to Model T's from , maybe not year one, maybe in year 4. Over time I have met only three older men w/ Model T knowledge as shown here. From this video I am aware it was a good thing I put a Pinto 4 cyl in the (semi restored) 1924 Model TT flatbed that I peiced together. Had a chance to install the correct engine, but this video informed me how little I know about those engines. This video also displays the difference in "old timers" vs the videos of today's "I am right because I say so (how do I say that in Canadian?) Video makers. Can not say THANK YOU big enough using this keyboard.
Thank you for watching!
Nicely done! Was that fire close to you?
Close….but no threat.
More like 1917 not 1927
It’s a mix of part years.

I wouldn't let these Yo-Yo's change a Spark Plug on my Lawnmower ! Pedefull !
😂
Never have road in a model T before now it seems like I have. Beautiful old car owned by a very clever man, never saw a distributor set up like that! Five stars to you and your car.
Thanks
So your daughter is on her 90's or hundreds? You said it hadnt ran in 80 years then said your daughter drove it to college...alzheimers is a sumbitch and so are liars.
19:00 and 21:23 approximate times to back my above statement. Tried to get the times early so you could definitely hear yourself. So don't come at me a "hater" when the math doesn't equate...
19:00 for the hasn't run in 80 years 21:23 ish for the daughter drove to osu
Guy just dumped 10 bucks on the ground. You will have a problem when it sits over winter and you gum up a needle and seat not to mention the jet and metering rods. Ive seen it erode the fuel bowl especially the older Carters for some reason.
Hasn't run in 80 years? How old were you when you found it.
Maybe a little fib there 😀
A model T will run on most any flamable liquid.
Cool, but that looks like a home built body. Did she build it?
My daughter and I built this body.
thanks for taking me along I dont get out much as I am stuck at this desk until I can do different
beautiful car / mode of transportation
I waited from 1986 until 2021 to get the parts to do what was tried since before that car was made. all is good except one thing, the lubrication of one part and it is picky
they dont build them that good any more
You just wasted all that original equipment dirt, glad to see Miss Spitfire back in action.
Vaseline helps rubber restore and preserve
When dried out, coat them with clear silicone and it will seal any cracks and restore flexibility.
look around for 2 plugs per cylinder if you can, I dont know your situation but you have access to more early stuff than I do
that washed it down fast lol
y'all understand concepts and I know I have missed one. I hope you can jog my memory or maybe you know something I dont
this is not the right place to put this conversation
that one is one plug per cylinder but it can be converted
Nice old truck😊 Love all of your videos! Keep posting and God bless ❤️🙏
