Impressive work, but for a reflector to produce a quality beam the contour needs to be parabolic, not spherical. Really admire the effort put into this though. Kind regards!

Instead of using all the bolts, could you clamp the top and bottom plates, and of course the stock, in a Harbor Freight 20 ton hydraulic press?

that is how we say in the UK 'the bollocks'. I really must try it. The polishing, was it just a hard rubber disc, no liquid? Why did you choose stainless, would have not aluminium not polish as well, but form easier?
