I think it's funny that Bugsnax gives you despicable characters that you're SUPPOSED to hate to some degree, and yet so many people (myself included) hate Wiggle just because of the obnoxious singing. Beffica is a gossip girl who takes pleasure in spreading embarrassing secrets about people, Cromdo is a literal con artist, Shelda is a religious hypocrite, and Floofty is a scientist with a superiority complex and no regard for safety, yet somehow WIGGLE, a one hit wonder who just wants to make another hit song, is despised just because she WON'T. STOP. SINGING. She reminds me of the kids in choir class that thought they were the next Beyonce and felt the need to make every song about them. Like, sure you're a good singer, but OH MY GOD WILL YOU PLEASE JUST SHUT UP FOR FIVE MINUTES?

Now I want to see a low% of this game where the goal is to beat all the levels (including DLC just to make this even harder) with using tools as little as possible. And then there should be a money% where you try to get the maximum amount of money that the game can give you as fast as possible. If you want a bigger challenge, do it without glitches.

i only ever tried speedrunning casually, but i went with a walking sim just because it was one of my favorites, and only about 20 minutes long on a casual playthrough (Thirty Flights of Loving). by plugging in a controller and using the keyboard for movement, you can double the speed and get it down to 4 minutes, it’s fun! good video, good niche topic

At 13:22 I heard “Holy” from Tiffany or Triffany(I forgot her name) and “shrimp” from Wambus. So I heard “Holy Shrimp!”

i've just recently bought and 100% the game in just three days cuz i got HOOKED. incredible game and an amazing video!!

This video shouldn't exist because people should just leave others do their speedruns alone! I can't stand people commenting trash when they were the ones to click on those videos! And to top off, they comment unnecessary ridiculous things.

The first 25 hours were fun. But I also had 66 hours of endgame grind (grind from level 7 to 10). Top 3 dumbest grinds. Loved your editing.

Only watched for about 5 mins right now but really entertaining video so far keep up the good content!

Talking about Tribute to favorite games reminded me of what motivated me to write detailed articles about them on Wikipedia. Playing them just wasn't enough, I wanted to share it with the world, help cement it in our culture.

as someone who is so uncompetitive that I would get nothing out of beating someone's record on a speedrunning leaderboard, and be happy for anyone who beat me, the appeal of all speedrunning is a little lost on me haha. I can imagine any genre could be fun for people who like to do that

1:23 this is true actually! the devs talked about it in an ign video a while ago that if the normal player wasn't going to ever face these exploits they wanted to leave it in for potential speedrunners

Seems like speedrunning is a lot like trophy/achievement hunting. I've spent days, upon weeks, upon months trophy hunting my favorite games until I got that sweet Platinum trophy. Resident Evil and Rockstar games have been my favorites to trophy hunt for the challenge, but also because I just love these games and want to enjoy them to their fullest. Being a part of the 0.1% is really fulfilling, too.

if anyone ever tries to tell me speedruns of Life is strange or similar choice/dialogue heavy games are easy I just wanna remind them how many choices the speedrunner has to remember to take the option that adds the least amount of time
