@@Royrose644 Your offense couldn’t do squat against us that whole first half in your own backyard and we were just one dropped pass away from leading 14-3 at halftime and we had another chance at the end of the game to put it away if it wasn’t for that dumb toss play on the 1 yard line. They're broadcasters. They have to go with what they perceive as the best story for the general public, and they felt that was focusing mostly on the young QB who had only played two snaps suddenly thrown into an SEC game and being forced to swim or, as it turned out, sink. For a casual viewer without ties to either team, that probably was the most interesting angle.

agreed; seemed like every other comment was about a missed call against USC, or how good Kentucky was doing this season. I remember them talking about almost everything except the Gamecocks during offensive drives

You're crazy if you think our o-line has issues. They've played great all year and Spencer was doing things that they were getting blamed for early in the season.

@@sirsams552 no. You're saying that because of the result. Early issues were not o-line play. Lots of missed blocks from TEs and poor reads and happy feet by Rattler were the root issues that have improved. Anyone who actually breaks down footage will tell you the same. If you go by stats and sometimes in game commentary you'd possibly jump to those conclusions. Don't believe then go watch my play by play breakdowns from the UGA game. Beamer and Satt have expressed many times in press conferences this year that o-line play wasn't the issue. Both Spencer and MarShawn both defended the o-line after week 1 because they new the o-linemen themselves were not the issue. We pushed Arkansas around in our run game but only dialed up 13 run plays to RBs 4 to Bell (that were shutdown because guess what you can't hand the ball to him everytime he's in the backfield or they key in) and 1 QB designed option read keeper. The first touchdown drive in that game was the first drive that committed to the run game and they couldn't even stop us when they loaded the box. But that was the only drive that we ran the ball. That was a Satt issue all day not the line.
