    The Larson Hidden Closer With Click&Hold™ Technology was working wonderfully. But then the part that "clicks in" started to slide away and the door cannot "catch" and does not click in to stay open any longer. We had this installed properly by a contractor about 1 year ago. Is there a way to tighten the "click catch" so it will work again? Thank you.

    How do you fix it when it doesn't close all the way? It just stays ajar now, having to pull it in. Due to my young adult idiot (Oops!) impatient kids who've forced it close too many times rather than waiting a few seconds for it to close and then locking it. Thank you
