    It is heartbreaking to see and know that this dog has gone through so much pain and suffering for a long time. It was due to human's cruelty, abuse, and neglect. He deserves to go to jail for his crime. I am positive that, if anyone helped this dog earlier, his condition would not have become worse.Thank you for your kindness by rescuing him to save his life and giving him a second chance at life. Thank you to the Vets for the successful operation on his neck. Please show updates about the progress of his neck. God bless you for caring for one of God's creations. I pray for this dog's full recovery and to have kind adopter to give him home, full love, and care that he needs and deserves. I wish for this dog to have a happy life to make up for his unfortunate past.
