Walking tour of Kyoto: Residential streets morning walk
มุมมอง 2619 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
This walk in Kyoto started near Nijo station. I walked around the local residential streets to see how locals live. It is a very early morning walk so you can see the streets are empty yet. Interesting as the video starts you can see a biker pushing the bike out from the narrow streets to make sure he does not wake up his naighbours.
Walking tour of Japan: Kyoto Castle (Nijo-Jo Castle)
มุมมอง 8วันที่ผ่านมา
This is such a great Castle to visit in Kyoto. Typicially represent oldschool Japanese style. Beautiful gardens, buildings, water filled moat for protection. The walk starts at the entrance of the castle. I walk around the castle first then heading back to the main building. Filming was no allowed inside of the building unfortunately. This castle was used by Tokugawa Shogun known from the TV se...

Walking tour of Japan: Volcanic Owakudani, where black eggs are cooked
มุมมอง 1514 วันที่ผ่านมา
This place is called Owakudani, it is located in Hakone. It is 30mins away Mt Fuji. We arrived on the Hakone Ropeway and from the air you can see the steaming volcanic hillside. In this video I recorded the hike along the trail to the place where the famous black eggs are cooked. You can buy these eggs later in the centre. The eggs become black as a result of the volcanic hot water.
Walking tour of Japan: The famous Fujikawaguchiko town by Mt Fuji
มุมมอง 1021 วันที่ผ่านมา
This is a walk in the residential part of the famous Fujikawaguchiko town. This is very popular amongst tourist since this is the place where you can take the bus up to the Subaru Line 5th Station. This is the highest you can get without hiking. We enjoyed our time in this little town. Also there is a lovely lake in the town. There is also the famous Lawson convenience store where everyone want...
Riding the Hakone Ropeway, volcanic steaming hill from high up
มุมมอง 521 วันที่ผ่านมา
This place is called Owakudani, it is located in Hakone. It is 30mins away Mt Fuji. We took the Ropeway from Gora after riding the Cable Car. There are two intermediate stops on the Ropeway. The first in at the top of the mountain, by the Black Egg Statue / Owakudani Station. The next one is near Lake Ashi, where the ropeway turns left. The last station in by the lake, in Togendai. This Ropeway...
Ride the automated metro in Tokyo
มุมมอง 80หลายเดือนก่อน
I boarded this metro at the Odaiba-kaihinkōen Station and rode it to its last station of Shimbashi Station. It has an elevated structure so the view is amazing. Since it is automated that means there is no driver and thus you can stand at the front to have a full view in the front and also in the rear of the vehicle. During the ride I crossed Rainbow Bridge. Great experience if you like trains.
Walking tour around Mt Fuji: Gotemba, a town at the foot of the mountain
มุมมอง 45หลายเดือนก่อน
This is a boring small town in Japan adjacent to Mt Fuji. The walk took place early morning. You can see Mt Fuji without clouds too. This is how an average Japanese town look like where there is barely any international tourism. For locals it is popular to visit a huge outlet nearby, but nothing else. The town is called Gotemba.
Walking tour of Brisbane, Kangaroo Point

Walking tour of Tokyo: Random walk in Yotsuya area
มุมมอง 35หลายเดือนก่อน
The walk starts by the Yotsuya Station then I walk along Shinjoku Dori Avenue. I look around the main street crossing the neighborhood. I end the walk by the Yotsuya-Sanchome Station. It is a short random walk, but represent an average Tokyo street very well.

Walking tour of Tokyo: Statue of Liberty replica on the beach
มุมมอง 43หลายเดือนก่อน
This place is not something you expect to see in Tokyo, for example a nice promenade, beach where you can paddle board. They also have here a replica of the Statue of Liberty. This beach and area called Odaiba. I saw a couple of big fish, that was quite nice. Many people were on the beach enjoying the hot weather. You can also rent paddle board and surfboards here. Not sure though if there are ...
Walking tour of Tokyo: The famous Akihabara Electric Town
มุมมอง 1222 หลายเดือนก่อน
The walk started at the Suehirochō Station. I walked towards Akihabara Station along the main road. On the way you can see many typical japanese narrow buildings with big colourful signs and advertisments. The walk was around 10am, when shops were about to open. There was some kind of product lunch or event because there were lots of people in a line on the street waiting for the shops to open....

I am not sure I understand your question, sorry
Can you say how expensive is to live in japan- like any big cities like osaka etc, how much would a week's grocery cost for a single person, the average rent if living in suburbs for a single room with bathroom+kitchen (or) one of those batchelors grouped room in sharing. I want to know as a student wishing to study in University over there
Since Yen is weak now your money goes further if you tranfer it from abroad. Rent: a one bedroom flat is around 700-750USD with utilities. If you share it can go down probably to around 400-500USD. But be aware that as a foreginer it is more difficult to find a rental as a local. Groceries: this greatly depends on what you eat. Local convenience shops are very popular where you can pick up a quick simple meal for 2-3USD. Fruits are extremely expensive, but fish is relatively cheap. If you eat what locals eat you can save a lot, but some 'westerner' food can be pricey. You can make it work for 50USD (cooking rice with basic things) a week but can go to 100-200USD easily too. In genearal Japan is not as expensive as the USA, UK, AU, especially if you transfer your money from overseas and not earning locally. Be aware that as a foreigner in Japan you have a much more difficult job to get anything compared to a local.
@TakingItEasyOutdoors ah understood And what about the language barrier, do the locals understand English if not speak and communicate back. Also this is kinda religious but are there any mosque or does a Muslim community exists over there?
@@Mujtaba_Ali_ Not a lot to be fair. If you go to an internation place like a rail station or something there would be someone speaking english. Or a very busy convenience store maybe. But an average local do not really speak english in my experience. You would definitely need to a phone to translate. I am not sure if there is such a community there. Maybe in Tokyo, but I don't think so to be fair.
What a beautiful area, shots are amazing my friend!
Thank you :) It is a very nice place!
What a beautiful city and it has great weather too...just amazing!!! Thanks for the walk mate.
Thanks mate, we loved it too. Nice views all along

Why do they all move to Australia and America when they have a homeland like that?!?
Lol, "we all want what we can't have, that makes us want it " :D
I been there with my husband and my daughter last Xmas 🎄
Very cool! Warm weather all year long :) thank you for watching!
Apia is such an ugly town and its all because of the people that live there
I am a young Samoan and my Nana lives in Samoa Savaii, it is really nice in Samoa, glad I finally found someone who is or talks about Samoa
Thank you for watching my channel! :) We really enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately this time we did not go to Savaii, not enough time, but will do it next time :)
G'day mate! Geez those sidewalk @11:54 The government needs to build proper sidewalk ,pedestrians are at risk. Sidewalks provides many benefits including, safety, mobility and healthier communities etc. Nice walk in the sunny afternoon. Good work out I'd say. Feels like we're tagging along with you 😅. Wonderful content btw cheers 🍻
Thanks mate :) Yes, I agree. However, drivers in general drive quite slow thankfully . I think they have a 56kmh (35mph) speed limit across the whole island, plus slower in built-up areas.
@@TakingItEasyOutdoors That's very good to hear. Appreciate that thanks"!
THE BEST
Wow

Wow! Transcendently impressive! I never knew this beach ⛱️ existed. There is ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Great place to get away from the ruckus and rumpus of our daily lives. My warmest thanks!
Thank you very much for watching!:)
Et kurur
Good thing about korean bbq is that you do the meat you prefer. I like it very well done, but can bbq it on the edge as well if you like it that way. Great way to have dinner with family/friends
Yok, kurumaz. Sadece mangal dumanını çekmek için kullanılan bir cihaz. (Lokantada kimse mangal dummanından rahatsız olmasın diye)
Please stop putting shit fake picture on you tube. Sinalei does not look like this. Its way more better look like this. And this is not sinalei
If you watch the video you will see it is an extract from the video, so it is not fake. And I recorded it myself on the beach at Sinalei Reef resort. So not sure what is the problem here
Love watching your videos. But imagine my surprise when I spotted our famz😁..At the 14:00 minute mark you captured our family celebration next door to the Coconut Resort Maninoa last month. How cool is that 👍😁
Woow, we stayed at Lupe's that day. I remember the celebration :) Thank you very much for watching my videos!
Oh nice one.. Isn’t it such a wonderful place. Samoa is amazing. Will definitely be back and will check out some of the places that you went to❤

Not far from Lupe's Fales, go to the west, after the Coconuts Resort. South coast, close to Maninoa
Where about in Samoa pls?
It is on south coast, opposite of Apia. Look for it between Maniona and Mulivai, just west of the Coconuts Beach Club and Resort

Yeah wow 🤣
Where about is this place in Samoa please?
Hi, It is on the main island (Upolu), opposite side to Apia, on the south coast in the middle rougly. The access road is between Sa'agafou and Saleilua. 2.2km from Sa'agafou. You will need to leave your car and walk in if it is a normal sized one as the road turns into rocky/offroad. maps.app.goo.gl/u8u3A4f3iEr6s1Ce8
Wow, I'm a Samoan but have no idea about this beautiful beach here, thanks for sharing this.

Lupe's beach fales, around Maninoa on the south coast. West of the Coconuts Resort. There will be more footage coming
Queen Street Mall is so dead these days, it's no wonder big brands like Myer have left. Queen Street has really lost its charm to the big suburban Westfields. This will be such an embarrassment when the 2032 Olympics come here
Agree, and UpTown did not even manage to open for the Xmas shopping period. You would expect such a shopping mall to be open for xmas. But still, it is May 2024 and it is still closed. Don't even start me on the Olympics :D
@@TakingItEasyOutdoors its partially open but the myer part of the building is closed. Place is undergoing extensive renovation
I find it interesting that they pour so much money into this when it is quite obvious that most of the people are shopping online.
