    At 49:18 into the Pod that was removed, the CPG Guys state: “I’m really intrigued that you chose to bring up 345 global because at the time of this recording ThinkBlue which is a partnership business between me, Monish and Parag, we are talking to Mark about being his Advisors in the United States. Maybe at the time of the release of this podcast Thinkblue will be an official partner of 345 Global. We see eye to eye with you Brittain” I find this interesting. Have you done any proper due diligence on 345 Global? Is this a properly capitalized going concern? Have they missed payroll or delayed paying employee expenses? Have any of the named Officers, including the founder Mark Edwards, faced bankruptcy, civil or criminal charges in Australia or the UK? Even McDonald’s employees are subject to background checks. I’m sure smart guys like you would conduct this due diligence given your enthusiasm and seeing “eye to eye with Brittain.”

    Interesting that this episode has replaced the previous June 15th S1 Episode 387 - “Omnichannel Supply Chain & Last Mile Delivery with Brittain Ladd”. Looks like that episode has been scrubbed from TH-cam but in our digital age it exists for all posterity on Apple podcasts through downloads. I have it. I’m sure many other subscribers do as well. My previous comment posted on LinkedIn, after listening to episode 387 about Mr. Ladd stating he is not paid by 345 Global, has gone unanswered. Was episode 387 taken down due to his statements? Aren't the CPG guys aware of their guest’s employment arrangements if any? Shouldn’t those be disclosed to the listeners? Topic 6. From episode 387, The CPG set aside time for Ladd to discuss 345 Global. “6. What are the latest advancements in retail technology? You have mentioned 345 Global in several of your posts; what makes them so unique?” At 48 minutes and 48 seconds into pod 387, Brittain Ladd states the following relative to a very small company named 345 Global: “I can assure everyone if I had the money I would be looking at saying how do I invest in this company, how do I acquire this company. And for those investors out there, I strongly advise you to contact Mark Edwards and have a discussion with him.” “My opinion is unbiased on this thing, I don’t get paid by the company- nothing” Mr. Ladd has a 345 email address and has commented on 345 Global missing payroll in texts to a 345 colleague on May 3rd at 6:36 am: “I haven’t heard back from Margie regarding our pay. I sent her another message asking her to provide an update on everyone’s pay” Shortly thereafter Ladd continued in a clear reference to Margie a 345 employee: “I’ve come to the realization that the best thing we can do as a company is hire a CFO. An honest to goodness…” If Mr. Ladd is not paid by 345 as he emphatically stated, then why is he texting another 345 employee about “our pay” and 345 missing payroll? In addition to refraining from making false statements about a product or service, a Podcaster and their guests should be aware of what and how they speak about other companies and individuals. In these cases, it is crucial while speaking on a podcast that the host or guest does not lie. Relative to the unlicensed financial advice Ladd proffered: Anyone providing unlicensed financial advice, could face civil liability if someone acts on their advice and suffers financial harm as a result. There is obvious regulatory oversight as well.

    Ask them next time where the customer service is for the drivers. They want you to email them about a problem. Well that does nothing for you when there is a problem on the road.

    I made a previous comment but it appears it was deleted by TH-cam, maybe for detecting it as spam? I just wanted to say that Big Lots & PICKUP failed to delivery my couches on time and I had a bad experience (11:40). My concerns were heard by customer service and they resolved the issue with me personally, but I can say I would not recommend ordering furniture online in 2021. There's still a lot of room for improvement

    On sustainability, Has there been standard packaging pilot among e-com retailers that only has a QR Code on it then just let the consumer discover the digital content. Also get a famous influencer to promote this style of consumption instead of promoting the prestige, class of having boujee packaged product. For me this more mind blowing for being a plastic free conscious consumer.

    That was absolutely excellent. Highly recommended talk Dec 2020 packed with tips if you're into customer new behaviours due to digital acceleration, logical marketing thinking with digital transformation, cross disciplinary research in marketing just to name some of the topics. Must watch if you want to keep your customers coming in, wherever that in is.
