UW is no longer a regional school. It is as good as UCLA especially in CS and some engineering disciplines.
I’m conflicted: UW or Cal Poly SLO for mech e????!!!!!!!
How about never being able to find an open seat or couch at Odegaard library? That might have changed since 1991.
Yeah don't go here because you can't get into the major and they know this, they just admit you for tuition money
I may take computer science there.
good video
the unreported sexual assaults and bodly assaults are terrible, the school has its own damage control lawyers in place at all times.
Does anyone have any insight into the Environmental studies majors? I would like to pursue that at UW, but what if it is difficult? I can't decideeee :(
How’s the architecture dep?
Failure... University teriyaki is great food for your buck. I love their bi bim bap regular and hotpot, depending on the weather.
Why is my heart pounding so FAST watching this?
Yo hope you guys are doing awesome. Videos are fun. You're a cool bunch!
im so sad these guys got graduated these videos were so funny and chill
mentioning weather, and weed out classes in multiple videos now i know, u guys are too narrow for prestigious university CS and PHYSICS are always harsh, it doesnt matter which university u go because those two subjects arent for avg people to manage a high GPA, u need to be more than avg
dam I wish this channel can get revived, I'm currently a freshman at uw but in the far future I wish I can somehow talk about my own experiences at uw through a media like this too.
Epicness video!!! This helped alot
Thumbnail is hilarious HAHAHAHAHA
RIP ORANGE KING 😭
What microphone is being used in this video?
اهلا مجموعة شباب طموحي.. وفكرة هائلة لهذا مشروع..تشجيعاتي لكم
Do transfers need to take those weedout classes?
Pagliaccis and Zeeks is sooooo good outside of udub
This sounds so depressing
If you don't make friends during the first week of the school year, you'll have to wait a whole year to try to make more friends.
wdym
@@hana-rv6ru Everyone works hard to make friends during the first week.
In between UW and UCSD right now for grad school... But the weather is frightening me a bit in Seattle
which one did you end up choosing? hows it going? im in the same boat right now.
That's what I'm deciding between😭😭 what did u do
I'm the 625th subscriber, yay!
you guys sound soft - every city University has "issues" toughen up a bit and you will be fine. UW ranks #7 in 2022 Best Global Universities Rankings (US news world report) and #21 in Engineering Programs (doctorate), Ranks #36 2022 Best Electrical Engineering Schools (college factual)
What about large class sizes and the inability to get classes so you graduate on time?
Hi can you tell more about the architecture department and the experience
Everyone wants to know where you went to school, but they might not know how tough each school is. So, you might not get credit for your achievements outside the area where you attended.
Its in seattle, they at least heard from far away states especially part of the PAC12, since you’re in West Coast, the large job markets from Portland to all of Cali knows UW is a great school
Nice
underrated af
@@mash7062facts
huh huh he said "weed out classes" hahahaha that's hilarious
:D
Pretty terrible when you realize there were several mass shootings in chaz and graffiti on peoples businesses what about that is good?
Bruh
2 years in & not even 500 views & even less likes. Society is still sane, mostly lol.
Would you guys trade your UW spot for the same spot at UCLA?
Few people wouldnt
No more purple guacamole videos?
Unfortunately I think they graduated
>:( lies
is there a way to get the list of easy classes when you don't know anyone
like posted on reddit or anywhere?
I would like to know as well.
Very honest review, thank you
The word Diversity is overrated, stop it
some ppl look for a diverse student body when looking at colleges so i dont think it’s overrated
I want to transfer to UW CS major. How competitive that is? I'm in community college right now, and my GPA is 3.93. Do I have a shot?
it will still be competitive depending on the major you choose. you’ll easily get in if you choose a less competitive major
@@toktok9999 I got you, thanks, at least I will give a try!
CS for out of state is pretty competitive, even in state students are lucky to get in to the Allen school. Make sure to have a back up major and that your essays are great(if your not asian/white bring it up for extra point). Please give it a shot either way, things might sound grim but the worst they can say is "no"
@@Ninjabdul Hi Ninjabdul! I got in UWT, and I’m still trying to apply UW though. It is really tricky right now, UWT starts in Winter and UW starts in Spring. So basically I wouldn’t hear anything from UW when UWT winter starts. What should I do though? Do you think I should just give a shot apply to UW and if I didn’t get in then just re-apply UWT again, or I just take UWT’s offer?
@@Ninjabdul Also, I'm Asian (Guess it's even harder, huh). Should I mention I'm a woman and first-generation college student?
I am really glad to find this channel! This school has been my dream school ever since i was a child going to Seattle for weekly appts. Your channel is really helping me out lots!
Went to UW for 2 years before transferring out and graduating somewhere else. I was happy with my experience and what I learned there (I went there about 15 years ago), however, in hindsight, I would have just started at a community college and then transferred in once I was assured that I got the major that I wanted. I would much rather do CS at a lesser-known (and probably cheaper) school than have to accept a major that I didn't really want to do at UW. In terms of career, you will be far, far better off doing the major you want rather than have to settle for a major that you're not really passionate about. So starting as a pre-engineer at UW is far too stressful to be worth it. Only go there if you got the major you want. I'll also add that for undergrad engineering, the school is not as important as some might think. If you want to go to industry, great companies aren't even requiring college degrees in CS anymore. If you want to do research, then get good grades, do research and try to get something published.
it should had me an my queen ruling ten thousand people.it would work. then billions. then the world in peace.fuck the gov

How difficult it is to get into mechanical engineering from engineering undeclared.
are you guys still making videos
bro it feels like your saying the complete opposite from the "Why UW is the worst" video...correct me if im wrong lmao
yeahh, titling the videos "pros and cons of UW" would be more accurate but whatever brings in the views^
Amazing, informative video
