Due to the death of the gentleman at this location this week, you might consider taking down this video. You mention that your "bum hurts". It seems you were slamming into rocks under the surface of the rapids. Which means if a dad and his child went down in a tube, their combined weight would pretty much guarantee they would hit bottom and possible tip. Just sayin.

I was originally interested since I'm a renter in one of the other towers, but tbh the expected development time (4-5ish years?) doesn't really work for my situation. By the time it's up, I'll be family planning and I'm not fortunate enough to afford rent + mortgage at the same time 🤷‍♀️. Nice to see the demo room up though. It upgrades most of the issues that I have with my rental unit (no garbage disposal, stove isn't gas top, and the small fridge/freezer; though I do love that it's hidden)

Or as long as we have money for deposit for now, it's okay? We're planning to get pre sale condo, then just sell it before the completion date..
