All good until the damn thing just stops working like mine did.... dont expect Allen and heath to help you though cus they dont repair there own equipment.... they'll pass you on to a third party company to do any repairs..... £550 it cost me for a small pcb board oh and £80 to get it to them (audio technica)..... what a rip off.... You ever think about using the USB slot on the front for a USB light? Works nicely with the black, hard to see, knobs.

Inputs 1 & 4 have software preamps so you can connect 4 turntables. Just turn them on over the menu

I don't know of any maps, but I'm sure there's a lot of Traktor maps for the RMX out there. With a little bit of research, you can map it yourself too, which is what I did with my Hercules MK4 and E2. I have both, mapped the MK4 for all deck and mixer controls, mapped the E2 for effects. Learn to create modifiers (basically shift buttons) on your controller, and you'll be able to map a lot more onto your RMX

Not necessarily true. I use a souped up Asus and it runs amazing. It was cheaper then the highest mac book even with upgrades and a couple years of virus protection. However I'm not a Windows 8 guy myself. It even has a nice slim form factor. Just plain more versatile in the end honestly.
