just screwed it through the rubber on the pedal. it doesn't penetrate it all the way

yeah pretty much just screwed it in since the rubber on the pedal is one piece. it works and no play in it and it's been a couple months

pretty much. if it fell off then oh well but it held up solid so far

Nah it was there their entire wire harness I got my own switch and relay and worked perfect

The workers say the hotel was used for slave trade and that they have tunnels all over the hotel but after it was used for slave trade it was a hospital and the morgue was in the basement and then it was used as a school but was shut down do to kids dying and finding the tunnels. They also said a mafia gangster used one of the tunnels and killed people in it. In the basement there is a wooden section of floor where there is a well. The maids are scared of the place themselves and thats why all the hotel rooms have the bibles open by the tv open to a verse about spirits which they read before cleaning a room. They also have almost all of the haunted reports on the second floor. Lime on the second floor they have reports of as soon as the dog walks in they bark at a certain corner of a room or some woman in a white dress opening the maintenance door on the second floor. So my point is if the workers are scared of this place im scared too

I don't remember here anything about slave trade but it has been used for many purposes over the years. It was a hotel but then in the great depression it was a residence (People paid rent to live there and that included eating in the restaurant 3 times a day) gangsters did stay there and they have catacombs in the basement that were used to escape from the police they also used a secret room that is in the basement that is on the other side of the elevator shaft. In WWII it was a Navy hospital, if a man was injured and was stationed in the Pacific but lived on the eastern side of the US or if a man was stationed in the Atlantic but lived on the western side of the US they would place the injured men on trains headed in whichever direction they needed to go. If they got too sick during the trip they would take them off in Glenwood Springs and take them to the navy Hospital. When the man got better or passed away then he would be sent on home, unfortunately many men died there and their bodies were sent on home. The room on the 2nd floor that you said is for maintenance is probably an old room that they could not let people stay in anymore due to how haunted it is, people would not even stay half the night, there is even a story that they let a homeless man sleep there for free one cold night and even he left because it is too haunted. The woman in the white dress is actually in a nurses uniform from when it was the Navy Hospital, she was dating 2 men at the same time and the story is when the guys found out they confronted and killed her in that room. I am not sure how true the story is but it is an interesting one! There is also a little kid, I think a girl, that plays with a ball in the hallway. You can usually only hear her. I believe she haunts the 4th floor, her story is that she was playing with her ball in her room, well suite, when it rolled off the balcony and she was chasing it and fell. They used to do a haunted tour years ago and they also have a historical tour they give and both were very interesting!

I believe in ghosts now after spending two nights there alone.
