How can I get an alert far from where my mom lives? Different State.
Sorry but this is not possible with this product. It can only notify you on the Lunderg pager/monitor and that has 400 feet (122 meters) distance only! We designed the Bed /chair Alarm Systems to be used in a multi-floor home. It uses radiofrequency on 433.92MHz. We measured in open spaces, and it should cover a minimum of 400 feet (122 meters). Note that indoors, the building layout and materials will affect the distance you can receive.
How do I connect to internet? I don’t live near my mom so just having an alarm in the house isn’t helpful…
You never mentioned this but should I turn it off after 20 minutes or does it have a setting to do this itself? Pretty important yet ignored concern.
You do not need to turn off the pump. It is designed to work 24/7. If you turn it off, it will deflate pad and won't alternate.

Yes, you can use a cloth pee pad on top instead of a sheet. However, please keep in mind that every extra layer applied to the pad will reduce its effectiveness.

Can this rail be used with adjustable bends. Ones that raise at the head of the bed?
Please note that we do not recommend using Lunderg bed rails on the adjustable beds. As adjustable beds have a flexible and changing surface, using bed rails may not provide the secure and stable support necessary for safety and comfort.
Is it safe to use over extended periods (say a few hours)? Doesn't it also impede blood flow to the penis?

how do you adjust the height
This was very helpful.
Finding your eurethra is no small feat . It works but is extremely painful after two hours. I found it impossible to wear all day. It requires more cushioning when it is installed on this very sensitive part of the body do that and you have a winner.
Please note that YOU HAVE TO OPEN IT EVERY 1-2 HOURS! We have also indicated this information in the user manual on page 14 that keeping it locked for longer than 1-2 hours is not suggested! PLEASE CONTACT LUNDERG SUPPORT TEAM FOR MORE INFO REGARDING THIS.
My unit was fine but now won't go into BT mode even after I cleared it. The pager specifically won't go into BT pair mode
