It shouldn’t get nerfed considering the fact that they took away a lot from the character and nerfed some of his best moves, plus they made him slower, more linear and some of his moves that used to track don’t track at all. I think he’s great altogether and isn’t mid, but he’s not broken even with Warrior’s Instinct which you can only use for one round.

@@jesustalkspace I agree with the linear part completely his tracking now is absolutely awful, but I can still see warriors instinct maybe getting a slight nerf and maybe his tracking gets a slight buff. I’ve used Heihachi since T2 and every game he changes, his df1 now being -6 on block is a huge change and yeah start up frames are slower and more moves are punishable. He is supposed to have crappy lows but have insane mids/highs most of his stuff especially stances can be interrupted by a jab. However people who don’t play or understand the character will only look at how strong warriors instinct is and will call for it to be nerfed so that’s another reason I could see it being changed and you know gaming companies these days they listen to the keyboard warriors way too often.

Personally I've just been committing to memory the combo I saw in the Hei vs. Kaz video from last week. So when this game dropped I pretty much had the inputs memorized, I just had to learn the correct timing (because f+3~d, FUJ~d/f+4,4,1 has some funky timing that means the Hellsweeps can drop if you linger on the Fujin stance for too long). I definitely need more optimized combos for some of his other launchers, though (like CH b+4 - I like the combo I see at 0:55 so I might steal that one, although I don't know how executionally viable it is to get a Hellsweep after a jab; as far as non-Heat options go I at least like the ender).

@@SolidSonicTH fair play I’m so used to changes with how he plays but it feels longer from T7 to T8 because the game was around a lot longer… i haven’t optimised his stance too much yet but I did upload some basic combo’s with omen Enders check it out on my channel if it’s of any interest. I’m still adapting to the move changes and how different he feels to play, but no doubt over time it will get more familiar and better combos will come about.

@@SaidDevil man .. spintail is treat up broken tool to maximize wall travel .. so giving it to hehachi is weird .. cuz his combos is already come with great wall carry
