How many hours per week on average did ypu dedicate while studying for L5 and L7? Thanks

For level 5 it was around 10 hours a week whilst working full time, mainly at weekends and lunchtimes. For level 7, because of the high level of detail and exam prep, it was about 17-20 hours a week.

I have Masters in Business Administration- HR & Bachelors in Law degree(Indian Law), worked as HR for 3 years in TCS. I rejoined TCS and despite of having HR experience & qualification for the same, no HR vacancies are available to me at the moment. This made me realise that I need to ‘Upskill’ my HR knowledge & came across CIPD course. I would really appreciate if anyone can suggest me a legitimate CIPD accredited online course available in India. Once I am certified I also intend to move abroad.

If you have extensive HR experience already it may be worth going into level 5 but it also depends on how confident you are if you’ve not studied for a while. Level 3 gave me a broader understanding of the HR function and I was 4 years into my HR career. I hope this helps

It is not easy for me especially with my English, but it is my only chance to get it done. This is the second video I saw you talking to us about your experience. It is really helpful. Please don’t stop. We appreciate what you are doing. Keep going. We are here your fans 😁. And don’t forget, one word you may say might fix a life, and give a hope back. Thanks 🙏

I still haven't gone through the summative yet. Is the first part of the course a bit of a struggle when you had your CIPD Level 3? and as you go along did you got the hang of it?

Thank you Natalie, that was very helpful to me since I am completing my CIPD level 3 qualification on the 8th of June "Working on my last assessment".. I struggled a little bit to manage my time in-between my work and CIPD assessments but it went really great without any refers.. Obviously, English is my second language so that was more challenging to me as well.. Can I ask about level 5? was it much more challenging than level 3.. Do you advice me to take my level 5 straight after completing level 3

    • @natalieellis3783
