I'm curious what you'd suggest? Lookin to get although I am in Canada but definitely able to buy in US as well

@@jthom8226 I have a couple pairs of Double H. Both are USA made and hold up well. My daily work boots are Double H. I beat them up pretty good at work. I also have some Tony Lamas that I wear quite a lot.

@@teresa6775 the rockler one is $160-200, I know it's a hard choice between cost and quality. but I see many of these not drilling a straight hole and falling apart quickly,,

@@62schmidt I get that. But the majority of people purchasing the smaller machinery don't make a living doing it. It's either a hobby, or just craft making for around the home, or xmas gifts, etc. They're looking for the best they can afford, check the reviews to see how it rates, and hope for the best. They can't afford more. So, call them "lower end" if you must, but "cheap" is insulting to some and nearly $200 is a bit much for a home crafter.

WOW! This is the first time I've heard someone say that they've had no issues out of their Ariens mower. I always see them at Lowe's along with John Deere, Husqvarna and Craftsman. I thought about getting one but when I saw those reviews I changed my mind.
