Hi, we’re Jimmy and Hannah Apodaca. We live in our 4 window bus we call the Fernweh! (a German word for far-sickness opposite of homesick) We are planning to take her traveling full time in 2023. This week was something we were unprepared for, as we rushed around Colorado things took unexpected turns. We had to buy a new fridge from David in Grand Junction! Thank you David it works like a charm. We spent the rest of the week off-grid at Dexter Creek near Ouray!

Tim, our bag just clasps to itself with buckles. I wove them through our roof rack and just clipped it back together.

It works. However we still think we will upgrade later to the ogo. It’s just not in the budget yet
Benches are great for the portable Bible studies you can do. Have people over to make some tea and coffee and study together
We hope to have opportunities to reach people on the road. That’s not a bad idea
@@thefernwehbus I'm about to city camp in NC one town. To stick close to my church. But while I am about town I am hoping God will use me to get people saved. Praying for courage to speak freely with them about the Gospel. It's a lot easier with a partner but I'm alone. Pray for me please. And I will for you... God Bless

We have a curtain. Not ideal but it saves space. Have to sacrifice certain modern day luxuries

Hey Rey, www.dipyourcar.com/products/camo-tan-car-kit?variant=562636292111 This is the kit we got. We had to buy an extra gallon because it’s a bus it’s a little bigger than what they typically do. If you reach out to the support team they will suggest how many gallons you need. I got my shirt from a halfway house ministry on the street. Don’t know if you can get one. Thank you 🙏!

You are right about the expense involved in having a vehicle (especially large vehicles like vans and buses) painted. So, anything to save costs is much appreciated! As for the shirt, no problem. In high school I constant felt uncomfortable because people would assume I was judging them even though I wasn’t. Just because I choose to not cuss doesn’t mean I’m judging you for it! I can relate to not getting invited to events as well, but I wish I was!
