I took a last minute trip out to Wolf Caves in Mason, Texas, with the owner of Baldy's Jeep Shop! Hit a couple of snags along the way but I had an absolute blast! This is part 1 of the trip, please be sure to subscribe to catch part 2, where I break my Jeep even worse!

On this trip I took on U-Joint Buster again, which threw a little bit of a curveball at us. I blew a tire, and sadly, one of my friends got injured. I hope everyone had a fun and safe Labor Day weekend!

The Austin Jeep People raised nearly $1000 for one of our members in need during this run! Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, and had some fun on the trails! This video is from the newbie group led by Lemuel "Mule" Foster. We had a couple tire casualties along the way but we were able to get everyone back on the trail and complete our run! This might not be the most exciting off-road ...

Twister is A LOT easier with a good spotter.

Truly tough doing this with a manual...especially with stock gears...Keep up the good work and it will definitely get easier.
Thanks! Mine isn’t a manual though. I have wheeled a manual Jeep in the past so I know what you mean. Check out some of my newer videos, my Jeep has come a long way since this video! I’ve got a pretty decent backlog of video I need to edit too, so hopefully I’ll have some more out soon.
@@cdvallee Sooo sorry....I was thinking the little silver colored Jeep at the beginning trail was a manual.

I love that you put the trail names into your videos. it helps a lot. been out there a few times now, but still learning the park.
Thanks! I forgot to add them in my latest video. I will try to remember them in the next! The trails are different every time I go out there, which is part of the reason I have no issue paying for a membership.
@12:03 if it looks like that on video that must be a MONSTER in person.
It is a pretty good drop, for scale the top of the ledge was above my tailgate once I got down it. I am lifted 3.5" on 37s, so not the tallest Jeep but not short either. The girl in the black Jeep is on a 4.5" lift on 39s.
@6:41 I think that Jeep is related to my ScratchyTJ. LOL
@1:06 I know that sound well, sounds just like my TJ skid plate!
Haha! Yeah my poor skid plates are really starting to protest now when I land on them. Might be time to upgrade soon!

My kids love it! My 3 year old didn’t come with this time, decided it might be a little too hot for him. Heat index was 110 that day 🥵
@@cdvallee That has kept me away for sure. Pretty sure I'm hitting Barnwell all day Sunday. It has been waaaaay too long since I've been out.
Can't wait to go back, we didn't hit green mile, wildcat stairway, royal gorge or u-joint buster last time. Definitely doing them all next time. Great video!!
