Decades of Methadone causes a really awful & drawn out Acute opiate withdrawal effect. One that last weeks or even months. The suicide level depression, the zero energy, constant insomnia, the hot/cold hypothalamus dis regulation, jimmy legs its all terrible! I realize that many people substitute the methadone with a short acting opiate like Morphine, Opium, Codeine or even Heroin prior to Iboga/Ibogaine treatment. poppy based opiates are all far easier to kick than methadone since they only take 10+ days, at most, to “clear” the acute effects….sleep is available within 14 days off Poppy based Opiates. You know all this… Fear is a hard Master….

    why ibogaine not iboga?

@@EveningTV ibogaine the isolated alkaloid is what re polarizes the receptors, in pure root bark the amount you would need to consume to achieve the detox what happens is people just can’t consume that much, this is also true for TA and even using PTA , the body after a certain amount will reject taking in any more. For detox if your doing it in a short time period like 24-36 hrs again theres not enough of the needed alkaloid ibogaine to the volume of medicine , the body will just not take it in throw it up. If your breaking the detox into parts not all at one session, if you know what your doing you can use the other extractions.

THE COOLNESS EXPERIENCE!..…I can identify with that deeply….theres a point of transition in opiate withdrawal where your temperature regulation system recalibrates itself!..the hypothalamus resets and instantly works properly…a very cooling sweat washes over you,..for me it indicates finally falling asleep!

I did treatment there 12 years ago. Unfortunately, the entire experience was tainted because of an incident with a cat I had become fond of. Robert - a piece of trash they had looking after us some nights - (NOT Roberto) found the cat had come in a window looking for food and picked it up, squeezed the cat, and threw him/her as hard as he could. Then, I was told that once I left, Robert was going to kill the cat. I seemed to be the only person there who had a problem with this. This ruined the entire $7000 treatment. This was only one of the many issues with this facility. Find somewhere else to do ibogaine treatment.

This is Asha Caravelli. I was a part of your treatment and this cat's life. Her name was Ginger and she became a Dreamhouse mascot and later, my own personal pet. I'm so sorry for your experience so many years ago. Robert (not Roberto) passed away several years ago. I make no excuses for his behavior. I only point out that Robert and Ginger came to be a loving part of each other's lives in spite of this horrible incident. She used to go show him her new collar every time I got her one. She was affectionately known to us as a love sponge. She would simply absorb as much love as you would give. A very special animal who lives on my altar alongside the many animals friends we were blessed to be with over the years. Again, my apologies for your experience. You're welcome to contact me and I can share photos of Ginger with you. She had a way of laying with clients for long periods of time, supporting them with her presence.
