    Quiz here: Do you even need a strong password when you have a 2FA login mechanism in place for any of your online systems?

    Memorise a short sentence. Make it weird and thus memorable. Add symbols and numbers. Include uppercase letters. For example IeatbeansandeggsTOFART$$$275445

    I bought a A15s in Singapore on the 03/05/2021. Someone steal my phone's software on the 06/05/2021. I've lodged several police report and forward this police report to various authority in Singapore eg. IMDA, PDPC, Singtel and OPPO but with no aveal. I bought the phone to OPPO service centre located at Suntec but they changed my Software to 11.1 colour OS. Did they swapped away my hardware, I do not know Since no one can deal with this mother fucker, all the 4 police reports will be forwarded to Ministry of Home Affair, CPIB and CASE.

    December 2021 happened to 400+ customers of OCBC Bank via SMS. Later in January 2022 move to DBS & UOB. MAS is very concerned. New system of SMS with no links will be implemented. Onus is still on the customer to be alert & vigilant.

    Can hacker still hack our 2FA password?

  • @ZulFra_offcial
    @ZulFra_offcial 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Actually, even though we use strong passwords we still need to include something very ridiculous so is making an attacker hard time cracking your password idle with Bruteforce nighter social engineering/tailgating attack. One risk with 5 phrase and numbers I did before was quick easy for other to cracked. But now I change it to add some symbols because it seems very interesting to add it as a password. Thank you for the tips!

    It’s so scary these days with such cyber crime. If only people learn how to identify these easy to see telltale signs of such a scam.

    Remember, if you use a password manager, set up a strong password and enable Two-Factor Authentication or 2FA. An example of a 2FA is a one-time password (OTP) from a token or SMS.
