Nerf Halo MA40 Assault Rifle mod - Motor/battery upgrade, voltmeter and Monster Energy coating
Here's a quick look at my latest isolation project: a modified Nerf MA40 Assault Rifle from Halo Infinite. The first thing you'll notice is the paint job which is heavily based on the Monster Energy promotional coating (www.windowscentral.com/sites/wpcentral.com/files/styles/xlarge/public/field/image/2020/10/halo-infinite-assault-rifle-adrenal-skin.png)
It's not quite an exact match, I took some liberties to make the spray job much easier. Cos I'm lazy, deal with it. I might hand paint in some more green detail later.
You'll also see the ammo counter now lights up in a matching green. I don't have 8.28 shots, that's actually a voltmeter. There are nerf MA40 mods with a working counter (btw that new Alien pulse rifle looks dope) but those were made by people much more competent than me. Plus the voltmeter does serve an important purpose...
... the battery upgrade! It now runs on a 2S LiPo battery. These things get a bit fiddly if kept at voltages too high or too low for too long, hence the voltmeter. This powers the two upgraded meishel motors, resulting in a good bit of power behind the shots for blatting my housemate when he comes home.
The electric internals come from this kit (I'm from the UK, deal with it) www.uknerfwar.com/product-page/stryfe-starter-kit along with a couple of extras from that site to make the voltmeter work.

Zero has so much potential to be more than it was. The real reason it sucked isn't the fighting, or the guns having no effect, or the characters themselves, the characters are actually not halfassed- but deep down, everyone hates it because it feels rushed, if you watch it, it feels fast paced. And- there's no resolution, leading you to believe it ended on a cliff hanger, but In reality- nothing past Season 13 truly happened, so no one knows what happens with One, East, Axel, Raymond, or West. Doughnut didn't save the universe, Temple never killed the freelancers! Which is deep. I hate that they went that route, because why write all that funny, amazing and good stories from 15-Zero, if it really doesn't happen? Why write a cliff hanger for Zero if you're gonna pussy out and listen to reviews?

probably thats because they spend the later seasons mostly outside blood gulch so the writers did'nt see it as fitting to the script but who cares about that? this theme is awesome, i think this should remain the intro no matter where the events of the story happen
They had a really emotional segment that when the paradox broke, Simmons said "You know why we're here?" And the song played as the credits. I honestly got emotional.
