What exercises you can without a rebound but still rebounding.
@@t.jonessoul1455Most, if not all, rebounding exercises can be done on the floor by simply stepping, jumping, or squatting in place. You just won’t have the soft landing that a trampoline provides.

You are such an amazing teacher and your bouncing videos are fabulous. I will say though... you deserve a Bellicon. I have a 44" one, but they come in 49" too, if you want the larger size. Expensive, but priceless. I have the T bar with mine as well. Thank you for sharing your videos. Many of us need the more basic and slower pace. Blessed be.
