If you open the SPA and get a temporary residence permit, there's a requirement that you have to be there 183 days and notify the police if you're going to be out of the country. The problem with this is that the 183 days would make you a Slovakia tax resident which allows Slovakia to tax your worldwide income. If someone wanted to create a SPA and get the residence permit (allowing them access to all of Europe), but not actually be in Slovakia for 183 days to avoid tax residency... would you still be able to keep your temporary residence permit and own/operate your SPA?

Hello sir, I'm from Nepal and applying for Slovakia in study visa and already send 3500euro tution fee for 24/25 year (sep intake) for economic and management faculty and we are waiting for the appointment still no updates from Tuke university and our consultancy says wait till october 30 for date, date will provide by UNIVERSITY, is the appointment provided by uni or agent sir ??? help me out sir and our physical class is going to start from Nov-15.
