@@Lauraandthecats no😞I had to contact an administrator who set up the Authenticator, but Microsoft IT can fix it too I’ve been told
Click on try another way to sign in re enter the details and you will get access to your ms account.
almost 4 week struggle with my organization account...my authenticator won't shown the sign in number...any suggest? thx
Don't use authenticator app instead first attempt to login then try another way to login re enter your details... That's it

First log in your account follow the same process which you are using to get log in ... When you reach to the verification page select "use another account instead" and it will display same account which you want to log in click on that put your password ... That's all ... Let me know if it works

Change your email (open a new email id) inform to bank, organisation and other subscription that you have changed your email id. Backup (if account is logged in any device if it is working) and remove hacked email id form all of your devices. Don't use the hacked email id because it's possible that it may get hacked once again in the future. In future (for new email id) Keep strong password... make the password from yourself... write in down in the peace of paper and keep it secure... hope it helps!
