@@LuxeRacingVideos There are dedicated servers, so your friends can join any server you do (as long as there is an open slot, meaning the server isn't full).

Check on api.raidmax.org:5000/servers - there should be enough players at most times to fill a few servers.

Not a huge fan of the map either. The spawns are messed up. I also like the HDR implementation, but my monitor isn't good enough to take advantage unfortunately:(

Yes, you need the original MWR and then the files and maps from the GitHub. It's always populated asfaik, just depends on which region is online. Look up "raidmax server browser" and there will be a player count and a list of servers

It should be fairly easy to run, on a 4070, I get 100+ fps on 4k

It's still fun to be honest.

It's almost unusable to be honest - I hated every second of these videos I recorded with it, and will happily return to the MG4 and never return.

@@Nebby4K The MG4 is also quite hard to control, i didn't like it. The easiest one was the AUG. But still, i feel like the LMG category was butchered in this mod. I remember slaying with the RPD in the original mw2. There is really no reason to go with an LMG when you could simply go with the legendary Scar

My playstyle involves just spamming fire at the enemy (you can look at my XMG gameplay on BO6 to see what I mean). I like that I can reload less often. I did quite well with the MG4 with stopping power, but I agree, the SCAR is better for most cases.

@@Nebby4K The Scar with FMJ and extended mags is all you need. Even for long-range fights, it's so easy to control the recoil, and it kills in just 3 shots. Problem is, when you get an LMG, automatically you gotta use one attachment slot for the grip. The Scar doesn't need no grip, and still is easier to control lol. Sure it has a smaller magazine, but then again, it takes less time to reload.

The funny thing is I like using a variety of weapons - I don't so much care for how good they are, I mean if they're terrible, then I won't use them. But if they're even somewhat serviceable, I'll use them and be happy to. I don't care about being the best, I care about having fun 😉

It is still active, there's usually around 200-400 players online at any given time, enough to find a full server, though you may have to wait for an open slot, depending on the time zone
