Oh wow! You should’ve yelled out 😂 massive driving day today, we’ve just finished driving another 500km averaging 80kmph 🤣 poor truckies we held up…

@ashleywilks7719 ahhhhhh, spoiler we were driving 500-700km per day to get back East for an important event, I remember shutting the blinds so Taka would remain chilled out but I had to cook all our fresh food before we reached Ceduna so we cooked up and had breaky there after our morning drive from Nullabor Roadhouse!! There was a upper cute Kelpie running around that kept teasing Taka 😜🐕 Hopefully next time we can say gday 💛

Hi mate, sorry it’s taken so long to reply, have you painted already? I was going to check our records cos to be honest I couldn’t remember but I checked and we started with 8ltrs (6 green 2 black) and purchased 1 more of each. We did the nooks and crannies/cut in, using cans first. Hope this helps

Hey Libs 👋🏻 we didn’t start filming until 2019 as we didn’t understand what we were doing was interesting enough people wanted to see 😂 We wish, we’d filmed those early days from 2016 when we planned the change and then 2017 when it all fell into place, but that was mostly recorded on our IG account. Our earliest videos have been archived and are now only available for Patreons ☺️

It’s just stunning everywhere you look in NZ! This trip was so unplanned! We booked the flights and hire car a year in advance and then we were gifted 2 weeks of accommodation randomly in Queenstown and Wanaka and everything else was an unplanned adventure. But we realised while we were there, there’s so much we’d love to do when we can return (with a lot more planning beforehand 🤣) as Ring is a massive movie buff… We actually discussed at length trying to arrange a group trip as it’s the ideal country to travel with some mates… maybe there’s a planning opportunity for our paths to cross one day… 💛

Honestly we are already planning a bunch of fun ideas to take back to our home town eventually and the fairy house idea is one of them. It was a gorgeous walk and we saw sooooo many families out walking looking for the fairy homes, the perfect way to encourage families out for walks together. Poor Ring hasn’t been fishing near as much as he’d hoped on our travels, but it is a very chilled activity, you should try it! And that bandicoot 💛 my heart was full after its little visits. Nothing cures a migraine more than visits from the wildlife ☺️
