We like unsalted but use whichever you prefer - some prefer salted!

If you can't find any freshly roasted robusta coffee. Instant coffee may work as well.

What cup size do you use?
All of our coffee recipes are based on an 8oz serving (about 220ml), though the metal brewing cup in the video is larger to allow for up to two portions at one time

Is one with condensed milk also called kopi o? siew dai and ga dai ?
Kopi with condensed milk is simply 'Kopi'. With less condensed milk (less sweet) it is Kopi Siew Dai, with more condensed (more sweet) it is Kopi Ga Dai 👍 Kopi-O is black coffee (no milk), Kopi-O Siew Dai is black coffee, less sweet, etc Hope this helps!
