Skylines over the years have been produced with 4 cylinder engines ,6 cylinder inline and V6 engines. Single over head cam , double overhead cams , Turbo charged ,non turbo, fuel injected, carburetored and diesel... They're all Skylines. The R35 GTR isn't a Skyline at all, It's a Nissan GTR. No Skyline carries the traditional GTR designation since the R34. That is usually what the purist complain about

lol... GT series GT-R is rear wheel drive and it has VK56DE V8 engine... And we can't even know is that corvette GT2 or GT1 series car, if it's GT2 then it is slower no matter what.
