Not enough and misleading title. Nextime put the word "Human" nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. Your video title is like claiming this is the only or standard or universal form of nAChR..... which is wrong & misleading to scientific community. In the animal kingdom of vertebrates contains more than 10+ above different nAChR types. Some have full 5 alpha-subnits with 5 acetycholine binding sites while some have 5 beta sub-unit with 5 acetycholine binding sites on it including the absence of the alpha, gama and delta subunits.
I wish the English was understandable
